Dear Parent, (Read the Letter below or Watch the Video Recorded version here)

I applaud you for what you've gone through these last two years.

It has been a hard two years. You've been thinking about counseling for your child, hoping things will get better but it doesn't seem to be going as you hoped.

You try different things, but things continue to remain difficult and concerning. You've been hoping and praying that with a little more time, things will get better. Often mental health gets harder to manage when we wait and don't get professional help.

Children primarily get counseling support after they've gotten in trouble with an adult. Before things get busier, and potentially more stressful, seek out the professional support to impact the change you have been hoping for.

My name is Tizita. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice. You're welcome to contact me if I can support your families health and wellness goals.

Take Care,
