CONSULTATION
Consultations are offered as a service for those who desire to speak with a Therapist to discuss your interests in seeking therapy. Consultations are not required to schedule mental wellness checkups or counseling.
Consultations are not therapy or counseling and do not establish a therapeutic relationship with a Counselor. Those who are seeking to discuss their concerns in detail or to gain insight about a plan or methods to alleviate their concerns will receive such services within the context of a scheduled mental wellness checkup or counseling appointment.
Choosing a Therapist can be exciting and challenging. Consultation can serve as an opportunity to get to meet your prospective Counselor and see if you begin to feel less hesitant and more comfortable about scheduling counseling.
